For events further out, we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and a smooth booking process. This also gives us time to coordinate all the details and guarantee your setup arrives on time, no matter where your event is in the Boston area. All photos are high-resolution digital images printed on commercial dye-sublimation printers. This ensures they dry quickly, last long, and maintain their quality without fading or damage.
Absolutely! We'll provide a link to our online gallery soon after your event. From there, you can download photos, share them on social media, or order additional prints directly. Interested in a live, real-time event gallery? Ask us about our social sharing station!
Plus, after each photo session, your guests have the option to email or text their pictures instantly to up to 5 people perfect for spreading the fun as it happens. Once your event wraps up, we’ll send you (the host) a link to access and download the entire event photo gallery, so you never miss a memory.
The capacity varies based on a few factors, such as the available space for the booth and the photo template chosen (horizontal frames can accommodate more people than vertical frames). Typically, our Mirror Booths fit 6 people comfortably, but we've accommodated groups as large as 15.

If you're planning to use a backdrop, we'd recommend allowing for a bit more room—a space around 8 feet by 10 feet gives plenty of room for groups, props,and all those big smiles.

No Wi-Fi? No problem! Our booths are fully equipped to operate in offline mode, so your event never misses a beat. When the internet isn’t available, all photos are securely stored right on the device. Once the booth reconnects to Wi-Fi, whether that’s later in the event or after it will automatically upload your images to your gallery and deliver them to any guests who entered their email or phone number during the festivities.
For instant photo sharing, we do recommend connecting to a reliable Wi-Fi network if possible. Not sure about your venue’s connectivity? Ask about adding a Wi-Fi hotspot to your rental for seamless, real time delivery of digital photos and even more wow factor for your guests!
Not necessarily! Our GIF booths are fully capable of running in offline mode if Wi-Fi access isn’t available at your venue. All the photos, GIFs, and videos are safely stored on the booth during your event. Once a connection is established whether that’s later in the evening or back at our office we’ll upload everything to your event gallery and deliver any images to guests who left their emails or phone numbers.
